Supplemental Workforce Program (SWP)
(Part-time production assignments working two days per week)
The Supplemental Workforce at Honda of America Manufacturing offers an opportunity to work two days per week while gaining valuable manufacturing experience. A major objective of this workforce is to meet Honda of America Manufacturing's part-time temporary staffing needs.

This program is managed and administered by Adecco Employment Services for the Marysville and East Liberty

Automobile Plants, and Spherion administers the program for the Anna Engine Plant. All SWP Associates are employees of the agencies participating in the program.

Qualifications

- Must be age 18 or older
- Must achieve satisfactory results on interviews and testing
- Must commit to a two-day work schedule for at
least six months
- Must meet the attendance standards of this program
- Must complete one-day paid orientation prior to beginning an assignment
- Must complete a two-week paid orientation and training process on a full-time basis prior to beginning a part-time assignment
- Must work overtime as needed on scheduled days
- Priority may be given to Honda of America Manufacturing retirees and direct relatives of Honda of America
