Work history, capabilities and experiences as indicated on the resume, will be reviewed and eligibility requirements (as listed above) will be confirmed. From these reviews, the most qualified candidate, if any, will be identified. Additionally, if a compelling business reason exists that might prevent the associate from being considered, it will be reviewed.

After the associate's current supervisor is notified, the most qualified candidates will be scheduled for an interview (or interviews) with the hiring department. Once the selection

If the most qualified candidate is not identified internally, an external search may be conducted.
