 Honda of America Manufacturing offers tours at three of its four manufacturing plants in west-central Ohio. Tour availability for groups and organizations is determined by our model activity throughout the year.
Honda's "big bike" plant -- the Marysville Motorcycle Plant -- produces the Gold Wing* 1800 and VTX 1800 and 1300 cruisers. Approximately 600 associates manufacture these motorcycles exclusively at this plant near Marysville for export around the world. These associates also produce the engines for the Gold Wing and VTX in sequence with the motorcycles. Honda's first manufacturing plant in America, it is an industry leader in quality, efficiency and flexibility to produce a variety of models.

 The first Japanese auto plant in America, the Marysville Auto Plant produces the Honda Accord Sedan and Coupe, Acura RDX, and the Acura TL Sedan. The plant is one of the most integrated motor vehicle manufacturing facilities in the U.S., with the capacity to manufacture 440,000 vehicles per year. It was the first auto plant in the U.S. to produce both left- and right-hand-drive models on the same production line.
The East Liberty Auto Plant produces the Honda Civic Sedan and Coupe, including the Civic GX dedicated natural gas model,Honda CR-V, and the Honda Element light-duty truck. Laser-guided Automatic Guided Vehicles (AGVs) deliver parts to the production line in this technologically advanced plant. More than 800 suggestions from associates were incorporated into the plant's
